Dog Cookie Recipe: Rosemary, Apple & Honey Soft-Baked Cookies
This is a recipe for an all-natural oven soft-baked cookies, combining the goodness of apples, wholesome honey with herbaliciousrosemary.

While our sheltie waited patiently outside the kitchen, craning his neck in over the threshold to catch a whiff of the rosemary honey goodness, we couldn't wait to sample the cookies first, "Got to make sure it's okay for our dog! ha!".

Ingredients:
(Makes about 30 cookies)

PART A
- 1 & 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) baking soda
- 1/4 tsp ground rosemary
- 1 apple without core (diced)

- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
1. Combine Part A (dry ingredients) in a mixing bowl. Stir with a fork until evenly distributed. Add in Part B (we ingredients) to the mixture and stir. The dough should be sticky.

2. Dust a flat surface with a little plain flour and roll out the dough to 1cm thickness. Cut cookies from the rolled out dough and place on a tray lined with baking paper.

3. Bake at 180˚C for 15 mins until golden brown. Let it cool before storing in air-tight jars. Should keep well for at least 3 days. http://latteandcookie.blogspot.com/
